Located in southwest Florida, GHS is a privately held company founded in 1997. The founder and principal of the firm has over 22 years experience in the health care industry with clinical, administrative, operational, marketing, and development expertise in acute care settings, outpatient clinics, and physician practices. The principal of GHS has been involved with strategic planning and operational initiatives for over 90 heart centers in the United States and Europe in addition to having a major role in health care related projects in the U.S., China, Germany, Iceland, and Italy.

GHS works together with clients to identify growth opportunities within markets and has developed and expanded product lines, completed feasibility and product assessment studies, and coordinated the management and design of facility projects.

GHS has developed a consultant network to assist with health care opportunities and concerns in the United States and abroad and works to customize plans based on client needs, individual markets, cultural norms, and resources available. GHS works together with hospitals, physician practices, governmental agencies, and the medical supply and device industry to identify opportunities and develop plans to strengthen delivery systems and model best practices. The end result to the client is research-based, cost effective and efficient methods that contain performance and financial indicators to meet individual market demands resulting in client growth and success.
